You can certainly benefit from technological advancements such as the Internet, but try to remember that everything is good in moderation. Here are some rather hilarious signs you might be addicted:

Overall, there is nothing wrong with the Internet, but like I said, it is simply important to do everything in moderation. In my opinion, the Internet is one of the most useful inventions, as it allows us to send messages and data across the world in under a second. In practical terms this means that we can watch videos, listen to music, read the news, send emails, without almost any delay.
