If you would like to avoid diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart problems, I suggest that you try low sodium recipes and low sugar recipes as early in your life as it is possible. Removing salt and sugar completely from your diet might seem a little bit harsh, but believe me, there are good and healthy substitutes and alternatives that can make your meals equally good or even better. You will find the variety of those substitutes if you look around. Do you want to eat healthy food and stay healthy for many years?
