Games and Movies
October 2, 2010 – 11:39 amIf you take look at the entertainment industry or the electronics industry, you will see that movies and computer games are a very popular form of entertainment. While movies have been popular for many decades, computer and video games are just emerging. That is why it is fascinating to see the progress being made. One of the first games was pong which featured only a few colors, and the gameplay revolved around bouncing a ball. If you compare it to the newest titles you will see a huge difference. The newest games feature millions of colors, interaction with people all around the world, a persistent virtual world, smooth and pretty animation, interesting storyline, complicated character progression. If you look at this speed of progress you can wonder whether movies will be able to compete with computer and video games. Of course, games cannot completely replace movies, because they are often aimed at a difference audience. A lot of people come tired from work, and would prefer to simply rest on their sofa while watching TV. In such cases, movies can provide sufficient entertainment, as you can just relax on your sofa all day while watching them. On the other hand, even if you have a very comfortable chair, it is a lot harder to sit in front of the computer the whole evening.

I do accept as true with all the ideas you’ve offered to your post. They are very convincing and can certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are too short for beginners. May just you please extend them a little from next time? Thank you for the post.
