Staying fit is one of the goals of many people. I must admit that I also enjoy staying fit. Staying fit can mean a lot of things. For me, personally, staying fit means exercising on a regular basic, controlling what and how much I eat, but also spending some time outdoors. I know that whenever I have a chance to grab a 24 Hour Fitness Coupon, something good will come out of it. Staying fit is not an option, especially if you are older. It is a must. Your heart will be stronger and you will have more confidence if you exercise regularly. There are no side effects to staying fit. The only side effect I can think of is muscle pain after having too much exercise, but this should not be a problem.
